It shall be the duty of the concerned officials to maintain good governance
It shall be the duty of the concerned officials to ensure that the administrative work of the Government of Nepal is carried out in a fast and efficient manner in accordance with this Act or other prevailing laws for the purpose of maintaining good governance in the country and providing its rewards to the common people on time.
